Gema AxisGema’s new XT12 horizontal axis for spray systems is for extra-long strokes and its YT05 synchronising axis is designed for higher speeds.
The horizontal axis XT12 automatically positions a ZA vertical reciprocator towards the object, while adjusting to the part width. This is vital for achieving precise coating results. The axis is also used for automatic outside cleaning of the guns during colour change.
The YT05 heavy-duty horizontal axis is specially designed for challenging automatic powder coatings, such as enamel cavity, wheel and enclosure coating. The axis, the company says, fulfills the highest requirements on dynamics and stability, making it an optimal solution for users who require a precise synchronised axis movement for product tracking with the conveyor, achieving maximum exposure time of the powder guns to the product.
